"Good Grief Man, Good Grief Women" with Rita Edwards & John Homewood

a 12-Week Programme for Men and Women who have lost their  partners

How does it feel to lose a life partner? You don’t really know until it is you that is sitting alone on the park bench grieving for your loved one.

Rita Edwards went through the grief process 18 months ago, and now shares how she coped with her husband’s death and the loneliness she felt afterwards. Rita used her training in Educational Kinesiology to move the process forward so that she could reinvent her life as a single person again.

This 12 week process will offer men and women an opportunity to meet once a week to share their experiences and to clear grief and sadness through energy work.  This programme of reinvention will give you the opportunity to work with your meridian energies in healing the rupture, reflecting on what to do now, regenerating and rebuilding your life.

Rita Edwards will facilitate the women’s group and John Homewood from Wisdom to Nourish will facilitate the men’s group.  The two groups will meet together for coffee afterwards to socialize and chat.

This first evening will be an introductory evening by donation to introduce you to the process. You can join at any time, but to follow the process is its entirety, it  is recommended that you start from the first session
