About the course:

Are you feeling trapped, stuck in a life that’s too small?  You know there is more to life, except you never seem to get there.  There’s more that you could do, more that you could be… life should have more meaning and less struggle. Perhaps you’re not sure what ‘more’ would look like. I lived for many years with that inner dissatisfaction and after much frustration and struggle I found how to take the brakes off my life.  Now I love showing others how to set themselves free.

In this course you will learn to release the blocks that hold you back from being fully yourself and from living life the way you want to.

Week one:  Is it true? The stories we tell ourselves

We all live busy lives, with many things that stress us out. We build up stories in our heads about ourselves, the people in our lives, what is, isn’t, should, shouldn’t be happening.  Until we clear this and the way it makes us feel, it is hard to get clarity on what we want. To get the life we want, we have to know what it looks and feels like.  Step one is recognising our stories as stories so we can focus on what we want instead of what we don’t want.

Week two:   Clarity sets you free from anxiety and uncertainty

Week three:  Who said? Retraining your critical voice to build your confidence

Week four:   Inner self-care makes you unstoppable

Week five:  Response-ability: releasing the brakes on thriving

Week six:  Living what you want – feeling your new life

The workshops are practical, interactive, and can be done as a course (to really change your life) or individually.
