  • Do you dream of writing but keep making excuses such as lack of time, skills or motivation?
  • Feeling blocked creatively?
  • Do you want to figure out why you keep procrastinating and create a creative routine that works?
  • Want to express yourself but can’t find the words or don’t know how to start?

We all have a story to tell but fear and our inner critic stops us from sharing who we really are. Writing as therapy will help you find out what you want to write, learn how to unlock memories and document your stories to reflect who you truly are.

This course will focus on helping you let go of stories that no longer serve you and will give you tools to both heal yourself and help others heal.

This is not a traditional creative writing course in that your writing will not be judged. This course will focus on helping you get unstuck, unblocked around your creativity, help you access your stories and connect. You will be left feeling more confident about the kind of stories you want to tell and in your ability to express yourself through writing.

No previous writing experience is needed to participate. If you are looking for a creative outlet, want to dig deeper in a safe and cathartic way or are interested in helping others or yourself through healing then we welcome you to embark on this journey.
