At this time of the year, as we cross over the mid-winter solstice, we in the Cape give thanks for long awaited rains! We welcome many more showers before the rainy season is over.
Many of our friends have just celebrated Eid Mubarak that heralds new Life. For us at Novalis this new beginning is launched with the Youth Inter-Generational Wellspring Day, rescheduled to take place on the 26thJuly. Learners will have completed their mid year exams, and will be back at school after enjoying their winter school holidays.
This month we delightedly celebrate birthdays of good friends and colleagues – Ralph Raaths, Hanna von Maltitz, Mzwandile Sangweni, and Hazel Suttill – and thank them for their contribution towards building a healthy social life for our community.
