This journey begins with ourselves. Loraine has discovered that masculine and feminine energies are equal\, co-creative universal forces available to everyone\, and harnessing them brings enormous benefits. \nBecause of the spiritual principle “As within\, so without”\, inner balance and harmony enables us to be in the flow of life\, receive “nature support” and thrive in almost every aspect of life.  The benefits are enormous! \nIn this course\, you will discover what the Inner Masculine and Feminine are (“a modern-day interpretation of Yin and Yang”)\, what it means/does not mean to be balanced and how to get there in your own way.  You will discover the Ten Benefits of Balance including enhanced self-awareness and self-esteem\, living a purpose-driven life\, enjoying whole-person relationships\, greater work-life balance\, significantly more effective leadership and co-creating a better world just by being who you are.  All this begins by balancing within. \nLoraine Magda \nAuthor\, Speaker and Corporate Coach  \n \nLoraine Magda is an alumni of the MA in Consciousness Studies degree at John F. Kennedy University in California. She is an author\, speaker and coach who resides in Cape Town\, South Africa\, with her husband and their three cats.  She is the author of: “The Law of Balance: Thrive by Balancing Your Inner Masculine and Feminine”.  After working as a hydrogeologist during her twenties\, Loraine underwent a career change. After returning to university and graduating\, she went on to provide leadership coaching and self-development in the workspace. These sequences energise the life forces of the whole human being. \n \nAniela Raaths \nA passionate teacher and facilitator of Pan-Eurythmy\, Eurythmy and Waldorf pedagogy. \nAfter completing her matric and schooling\, Aniela Raaths completed her four year training in Dr Rudolf Steiner’s system of Eurythmy.
