Letter Writing Workshop – Dear 2017
When last did you receive or write a hand written letter?
Dear 2017 is a fun and cathartic one day letter writing workshop designed to help you acknowledge where you have come from, reconnect to yourself and the important people in your life, let go of past hurts and express your gratitude to the people who have made an impact in your life.
Do you remember the thrill of receiving post from a pen pal?
When last did you tell someone important in your life how much they mean to you?
Sometimes we take the ones we love for granted. We assume that they know how we feel about them but when last did you express your thoughts and feelings without the help of emojis?
Dear 2017 is a one day letter writing workshop in which participants will be given stationery and writing prompts and questions to assist you in writing a variety of letters. Letters to people who have loved you, letters to those who laughed with you, letters to those who have hurt you, letters to those who said goodbye too soon, letters to people who you never want to forget and letters to those who keep you in the past that you need to let go of.
Whether you feel you have too much to say or if you aren’t one to easily express your emotions and find it hard to find the right words, this fun and cathartic workshop is for you.
