It is our pleasure to first bring you some highlights from 2025. One of the most significant regenerative steps has been initiating our CEO Succession plan, as Pius Okiror began his six-month work shadowing of CEO Anne-Lise Bure-Shepherd. This decision was anchored by the full Novalis Board in November, whilst celebrating chairman Sandi Sijake’s 80th birthday (5th October birthday) on the 5th November. After 35 years of unbroken service to this institution, Anne-Lise’s contributions were also celebrated and honoured, especially for navigating the past nine years, which included C-19.
